We’re excited to feature the Alliance for Responsible Pet Ownership (ARPO) as our July Rescue of the Month! Founded in 1998, ARPO is one of Indianapolis’ oldest foster-based rescues, dedicated to helping cats and dogs find safe, loving foster homes, and ultimately, their forever families.
"We believe that every animal deserves a second chance in a home environment. Our network of dedicated volunteers ensures each pet receives the care, attention, and socialization they need to thrive. By working closely with the community, we aim to promote responsible pet ownership, support spay/neuter efforts, and make a lasting impact on the lives of animals in need.
